Pulse

    Pulse is our internal temperature gauge. It provides us with a way to see if we're heading in the right direction, or if adjustment is required. It's especially important, as we work remotely to ensure we understand the sentiment within PracticeHub.

    Every quarter the week before Ignite, every person in the company completes their Pulse, which is then used in the first session of Ignite to allow us to make decisions on what areas we need to work on.

    This can be submitted anonymously or named, whichever feels comfortable for you, to be able to share your authentic and honest feedback.
